ADA TOWNSHIP — Julie Baker will mark her 47th birthday this week in Lexington, Ky. The founder, president and executive producer of TimeOut for Women will be knee-deep in the bluegrass cutting her next set of TimeOut radio shows when that magical moment arrives. While there, she will tape three months’ worth of two-minute inspirational programs that will air on 250 radio stations across the country.
